I still remember sitting with this family around their dining room table and going over ideas to take this old tired farm house and turn it into a modern two storey home. They were worried about the house being too tall and imposing to the road and how we were going to tie in the recently added triple garage in the back. Through a truly collaborative design process we came up with a wonderful design that gives the house spectacular street appeal while at the same maintaining that quirky farmhouse charm.
